By Satellite:

The nearest major railway station to the venue is Newcastle (Central) which is served by:-
Virgin Trains East Coast services from London King's Cross via York, Doncaster, Peterborough, Edinburgh Waverley, Glasgow Central, Aberdeen and Inverness.
CrossCountry services from Reading, Oxford, Penzance, Plymouth, Cheltenham Spa, Bristol Temple Meads, Birmingham New Street, York, Leeds, Doncaster, Derby, Sheffield, Edinburgh Waverley, Glasgow Central and Aberdeen.
First TransPennine Expresstrains from Manchester Airport, Liverpool Lime Street, Manchester Piccadilly, York, Leeds and Huddersfield.
Northern Rail operate local and regional services from surrounding area.
The region is also served by Grand Central (North East) services from London Kings Cross to Sunderland via York and Hartlepool.

By Coach:
National Express and megabus services from a wide choice of destinations serve Newcastle upon Tyne. Bargain fares may be available on selected coach routes.

By Sea:
DFDS Seaways operate daily overnight roll-on/roll-off ferry crossings from IJmuiden near Amsterdam to North Shields. Bus connections and taxis between the ferry terminal and Newcastle city centre are available for foot passengers.

By Air:
The nearest airport is
Newcastle International Airport which is served by flights from UK and major European cities. UK domestic flights may be cheaper than rail travel.

By local transport:
Numerous buses serve the local and surrounding area. Both the city's bus stations (Haymarket and Eldon Square), the termini for most services are close to the tournament venue. Closest metro stations are Monument and Central. Quaylink services Q1, Q2 and Q3 pass the venue.
